SP FANS

• Get 1 stamp for every HK$150 spent at Simply Pleasure (SP) branches. Excludes 10% service charge for dine-in meals, delivery charges and spending at SP counters in other brand stores
• Get 20 stamps within 6 months to become a ROSE Member
• Members need to present stamping card for each purchase, no re-stamping will be offered. Stamps must be on the same card to be valid
• Stamps and all membership benefits are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash or vouchers
• Stamped cards will not be reissued if stolen, lost or damaged

 

ROSE MEMBER

• After receiving the ROSE membership card, you will get 1 member point upon every HK$1 in-store purchase. In-store purchases do not include dine-in plus 10% service charge, delivery charges and purchases at SP counters in other brand stores
• ROSE Member points can be redeemed for SP Selected Rewards
• ROSE Membership will be valid for 12 months from the date of registration. At the end of the 12-month membership of ROSE Member, you can renew the membership for 12 months with 2000 points, and the remaining points will be retained to the next membership period. If the membership points are less than 2000 to renew the ROSE Member membership, the ROSE Member membership will be changed to SP Fans membership, and the points remaining in the previous membership will be reset to zero
• Membership points and all membership benefits are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or vouchers
• ROSE membership card will not be reissued if stolen, lost or damaged

 

Welcome Gift

• Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
• Not valid for phone, mobile phone bookings or online purchases
• Redemption period will be 3 months from the date of issue
• ROSE Member welcome gift "Tea Poetry" tea flavor and gift box color will be given randomly

 

【Dining and Shopping Coupons】

• Each offer can only be used once. Used vouchers will be crossed out. Photocopies are invalid
• Gift vouchers can only be exchanged for SP products at face value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or vouchers. For stolen, lost or damaged vouchers, no reissue will be offered. Voucher is only valid with SP company chop
• Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers

  • Offers are valid for lunch (11:30 - 14:30), afternoon tea (14:30 - 16:30) and evening (17:00 - 21:30). Offers can be used once for each dining period
  • An additional 10% service charge will be charged based on the original price
  • Not applicable to venue rental and private events

  • Not applicable for multi-layer cakes
